Plain-English summary. DeGenie is an AI tool for trading education and market analysis — never financial advice. You pay in crypto for 30-day prepaid access; all payments are final. You can cancel anytime (no future charges exist to stop), and you can erase your data anytime with /delete in the bot. Full terms below.

1. Agreement

By starting, using, or paying for the DeGenie service ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by "DeGenie" — for these Terms, that means the person or entity that runs the DeGenie Telegram bot and this website ("the operator").

2. What DeGenie is

DeGenie is a Telegram-first AI product for trading education, market analysis, journaling, and market radar. It talks with you in a private chat, sends scheduled analysis, keeps a private journal, and tracks watchlist levels you set.

What DeGenie is not: a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment manager; a portfolio manager; a trade-execution service; and it does not manage anyone's money or place trades for anyone. All output is generated algorithmically from market data and is informational and educational only.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing the Service produces — briefs, alerts, radar output, analysis, journal prompts, or any other message — is financial, investment, or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. When DeGenie describes a setup or market structure, it is providing research and education, not a trade recommendation.

DeGenie is an AI system. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading, and can miss factors outside its data. Verify anything important independently. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions; trade only with capital you can afford to lose; trading — especially of crypto assets — involves substantial risk of loss, including loss of your entire investment.

No outcome, return, or result is promised. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You access the Service through your own Telegram account and are responsible for its security. Subscription access is for you alone; group and channel invitations are single-use and tied to your subscription. Do not share, resell, scrape, or redistribute Service output.

5. Subscriptions, payment, and renewal

The paid tier is DeGenie Pro, $29 per 30 days. A free tier with a one-time token grant is offered at the operator's discretion and may change or end at any time.

Prepaid periods. Each payment buys one fixed prepaid access period (30 days). Longer access always comes from a further payment — the Service never charges you automatically. Payment is in cryptocurrency only; there is no card on file, so there is nothing to rebill.
Invoicing. You request an invoice in the bot; it locks a quote for 30 minutes. Each invoice carries a unique cents amount that identifies your payment on-chain.
Granting of access. Access is granted after the payment is observed and reconciled on-chain (including required network confirmations). If a payment does not reconcile — wrong amount, missed quote window, ambiguous transfer — contact the bot for review.
Renewal reminders. The bot reminds you as your prepaid period nears its end. If you do not pay again, access simply ends at expiry. No cancellation is needed to avoid charges, because no charges exist to cancel.
Price changes. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers, applied at your next payment.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may stop using the Service at any time. Because access is prepaid and no payment method is stored, there are no auto-renewals to cancel; your access runs to the end of the prepaid period and then ends.

All payments are final. Digital services purchased with cryptocurrency are non-refundable, including unused portions of a prepaid period. Reviews of payment problems and data-access issues are handled through in-bot support. This does not limit any non-waivable right you may have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.

7. Acceptable use

Do not: use the Service for anything illegal; harass or abuse the Service or its operators; provide false information during onboarding; attempt to access another subscriber's data or systems; scrape or redistribute Service output as your own content or service; or use the Service's outputs to build a competing product.

The Service may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, payment fraud or abuse, or misuse. On termination for cause, no refund of the current prepaid period is due.

8. Data and deletion

What the Service stores and how it is protected is described in the Privacy Notice. You can erase your personal data at any time by sending /delete in the bot (two-step confirmation). Paid invoices are retained as financial records; everything else tied to your account is erased.

9. Intellectual property

The Service's analysis, content, and materials belong to the operator. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them during your active subscription. You may not republish the Service's analysis as your own, redistribute paid content, or remove disclaimer text from outputs.

10. Availability

The Service depends on third parties — Telegram, blockchain networks, and market-data providers — and may be interrupted or degraded when they are. The Service makes reasonable efforts to stay available but does not warrant uninterrupted service. If a feed is down, DeGenie says so rather than sending stale data.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including trading losses, loss of profits or capital, or loss of data — and the operator's total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits; in that case they apply to the maximum extent the law allows.

12. Changes to these Terms

Material changes will be announced in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the changed Terms; if you do not, stop using the Service before it.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of the operator's principal place of business, without displacing mandatory consumer-protection rights in your own jurisdiction.
