Short version. DeGenie stores what it needs to be useful to you — your Telegram identity, your profile, your chat history and journal — on infrastructure only the Service controls, never sells it, and lets you erase all of it with /delete in the bot. No card is ever collected (crypto only). No ads, no trackers.

1. What the Service collects

Telegram identity: your user ID and username, so the bot knows who it is talking to.
Onboarding profile: what you share about your trading — experience, markets, risk style — used only to tune how the Service explains things to you.
Conversation history: your chats with the bot, so it can follow the conversation and keep continuity.
Journal and personal statistics: the journal entries and decision stats you choose to keep.
Service metrics: message and feature-usage counts, used for fair-use limits and reliability.
Payment observations: your invoice record and the on-chain transaction that matched its unique amount. Crypto is public by nature; the Service links a payment to you only through the unique invoice amount you were quoted.

2. What the Service never collects

No cards, ever. Payment is cryptocurrency only; nothing financial is stored that could be rebilled.
No exchange keys on the shared tier. The Service never asks for and never accepts exchange or broker credentials. If a dedicated tier is ever offered where you can connect your own read-only keys, they would live only inside your own instance, added out-of-band — never in chat.
No wallet custody. The Service never holds your funds and has no access to your wallets.
No ad trackers. No advertising or analytics pixels are embedded anywhere.

3. How your data is used

To answer you, keep your journal, deliver scheduled briefs and radar against your levels, maintain fairness limits, keep the Service reliable, and reconcile payments. Profiles are used silently to tune the Service's tone — they are never quoted back to you, and are never used to segment or market to you.

4. Sharing

Your data is not sold and is not shared with advertisers. It is processed only by the infrastructure the Service runs on (hosting and the Telegram platform) and disclosed to legal authorities only when legally required. On-chain payment data is public by nature.

5. Retention and deletion

Conversation history, journal, profile, and account records are kept while your account exists. You can erase them at any time: send /delete in the bot and confirm. Deletion removes everything tied to your account across every table, plus your chat history — it is immediate and irreversible.

Paid invoices are the one exception: they are retained as financial records, with your identity removed. Encrypted backups rotate out automatically within days.

6. Security

Each subscriber's data lives in an isolated namespace on servers with no public endpoints — the bot dials out; nothing dials in. Backups are encrypted and stored offsite. No other subscriber can reach your data, and the Service's own operators interact with it only through audited administrative commands.

7. This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers. Its live market widgets (prices, charts, sentiment) are fetched by your own browser directly from public market-data APIs — those providers see your IP address as the requester, exactly as if you had visited them yourself. No account is required to browse.
